Others reflect the fantasy of classic movie themes and the stars of the silver screen, or nautical moods representing Cape Fear country's romance with the river and the sea. Suites are equipped with kitchenettes or a wet bar with microwave. Washer/dryer in many suites are available for longer visits. Each suite has its own private entrance, telephone service with voice mail, VCR and fully channeled TV. A breakfast basket and daily newspaper are delivered to your suite each morning. Guests enjoy the soothing comfort of the venues courtyard garden setting.Treat yourself to one of our six luxury suites in the restored de Rosset House. The 1841 antebellum mansion has an old-world ambiance with high ceilings and fireplaces, now equipped with gas logs. Each suite has a whirlpool tub. Three suites have a view of the Cape Fear River, the Cupola Suite features a 360 degree view of old Wilmington and is a perfect romantic getaway. The de Rosset House is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
